Juka LT represents ASCOM

Ascom Holding AG is a Swiss company that provides staff alerting, communication, and workflow management solutions for hospitals, nursing homes, high-security institutions, and industrial companies. The solutions are based on a combination of software and hardware that is open to external integrations (open architecture), ensuring compatibility with solutions from other manufacturers (third parties).

Ascom’s communication solutions are based on VoWiFi, IP-DECT, and private 5G technologies, while end-user communication devices may include pagers, DECT or WiFi devices, as well as smartphones. The manufacturer’s software is optimized for efficient workflow management but can be configured to meet specific customer requirements.

Projects

The largest smart nursing communication system was installed in 2012 in Vilnius, and currently the system connects all buildings of the hospital complex while serving more than 800 patient rooms and 1,000 devices.

In 2025, the first closed communication system adapted for operation in a correctional facility was installed. The Enterprise system ensures high-quality voice communication throughout the entire prison territory, includes a walkie-talkie mode, and, in the event of danger, quickly identifies the location of the activated alarm signal.
