How to buy in Juka LT e-shop?
It’s simple. Add the item to the shopping cart, select the desired quantity and fill in the delivery information. You will pay for the goods using the e-banking plugin integrated in the page. You will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided. We will prepare your order for delivery within 1-2 working days. The delivery price of the order depends on the region or country to which it is delivered. The delivery price will be displayed when the shopping cart is selected.
To speed up product selection, you can use the search function or search for a product by product group or brand.

- General conditions of sale
1.1. These Rules of Purchase and Sale of Goods (hereinafter the “Rules”) are a legal document binding on the parties, which establishes the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, conditions of purchase and payment for goods, delivery and return procedures, liability of the parties and other related provisions.
1.2. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that he agrees with these Rules.
1.3. The contract between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment when the Buyer pays the required amount for the purchased goods.
2. Protection of personal data
2.1. By placing an order, the Buyer agrees that the personal data provided by him will be processed for the execution and purposes of the order. The Buyer also agrees that the e-mail specified by the Buyer information messages necessary to fulfill the order of the goods would be sent to the e-mail address.
2.2. The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer’s personal data to third parties, except when required by the competent State authority in the cases provided by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania or with the separate written consent of the Buyer.
3. Buyer’s rights and obligations
3.1. The Buyer undertakes to pay the Seller the agreed amount for the ordered goods and accept them.
3.2. The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided in the registration form. If the Buyer does not provide accurate data in the registration form, the Seller is not responsible for the consequences.
3.3. In the event of a change in the Buyer’s data provided to the Seller, the Buyer must immediately notify the Seller.
3.4. The buyer undertakes not to pass on his login details to third parties. If the Buyer loses the login data, he must inform the Seller about it no later than within 1 calendar day.
3.5. By placing an order, the Buyer agrees with these Purchase and Sale Rules and undertakes to comply with them and the established legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
3.6. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract of sale of goods in accordance with the provisions set forth in paragraph 8 of these Rules.
4. Rights and obligations of the seller
4.1. The Seller undertakes to create all conditions for the Buyer to properly use the provided services.
4.2. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address specified by the Buyer under the conditions specified in clause 3 of the Purchase and Sale Rules.
4.3. The Seller, unable to deliver the ordered goods to the Buyer, undertakes to offer the Buyer a similar or as similar as possible product. If the Buyer refuses to accept an analogous or similar product, the Seller undertakes to return the money paid by the Buyer for the goods within 14 (fourteen) working days, if the Buyer has made a prepayment for the goods.
4.4. The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer’s right to privacy of the Buyer’s personal information and will not pass it on to third parties.
4.5. The Seller may, in significant circumstances, suspend or terminate the operation of the Website without prior notice to the Buyer.
4.6. The Seller may unilaterally change the terms of these Rules.
5. Terms of delivery
5.1. The buyer undertakes to indicate the exact place of delivery of the goods.
5.2. The buyer undertakes to accept the goods himself. In case, that the Buyer is unable to accept the goods himself and the goods are delivered to the specified address, the Buyer shall not have the right to make claims to the Seller regarding the delivery of the goods to the wrong entity.
5.3. The goods are delivered to the Buyer using DPD courier services.
5.4. The goods are prepared for the Buyer within 1-2 days after payment will be received
5.5. In Lithuania, goods are delivered by DPD couriers within 2-3 working days. Delivery time abroad will be different, please contact info@juka.lt for delivery terms.
5.6. The Buyer must immediately inform the Seller if the consignment is received in a damaged package, if the consignment received unsolicited goods or their incorrect quantity, incomplete set of goods.
5.7. The buyer must e-mail submit to the Seller by post photos of the damaged parcel and / or product (s).
6. Terms of purchase
6.1. Buyer can place orders 7 days/24 hours.
6.2. The buyer can pay for the goods only by bank transfer from his bank.
6.3. The preparation of the parcel starts only after receiving the payment for the goods.
6.4. The electronic version of the invoice is sent to the e-mail address specified in the registration form.
7. Guarantee
7.1. Unless otherwise agreed, the guarantee provided by the manufacturer of the goods shall apply.
7.2. Goods warranty maintenance services are provided by the Seller, or the Buyer is referred to the goods warranty service centers.
8. Return of goods
8.1. Buyers (consumers) have the right to refuse the purchased goods without giving a reason, notifying the Seller in writing within 14 days from the moment of delivery or collection of the goods.
8.2. Returned goods must be undamaged and in original, undamaged packaging. The seller reimburses the buyer 90% of the price of the goods.
8.3. The Buyer is responsible for the assembly, packaging and delivery of the goods to the Seller and covers all related costs.
8.4. Low-quality goods are replaced and returned in accordance with the resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania.
9. Final provisions
9.1. These Rules of Purchase and Sale of Goods have been drawn up in accordance with the laws and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
9.2. The law of the Republic of Lithuania applies to these rules. All disputes arising out of the application of these rules shall be settled by negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disagreements are resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
